The biggest and most exciting talent search is happening! The Voice is the most non-discriminatory reality talent search that started in Holland and had spread to more than 40 countries to date. Issues like gender,
age, economic status or life story do not contribute to how artists are recruited to each team, rather, their voice and their performance will matter. Thus, the show’s slogan “Pangarap ang Puhunan, Boses ang Labanan”. Now, it's here in the Philippines. This is the Voice of the Philippines. Talented Filipino artists were searched not just nationwide, we searched the rest of the world too! . Here in the Voice of the Philippines, artists are handpicked by world-class Filipino performers based solely from their voice: Rock Superstar- Bamboo, The Broadway Diva- Ms.Leah Salonga, Popstar Princess- Sarah Geronimo and the International Hiphop Sensation Black Eyed Peas'- APL DE AP. Invited Kapamilya artists will undergo several phases of the competition starting off with THE BLIND AUDITIONS. Here, the coaches choose, form, and complete their respective teams. At this first stage of the auditions, artists sing while the coaches are seated with their backs turned against them, if the coaches like what they hear, they press the red button and their seats turn to face the artist. When a coach turns, the artist automatically goes to his or her team; but when two or more coaches turn- the artist will get the power to pick which coach or team he or she wants to join. When all teams are complete, they move to the next level of the competition- THE BATTLE ROUNDS. Here, members of each team are paired to out-sing each other at the stage. Their respective coaches will decide who goes home; who will stay and move on to compete at the Live Shows. THE LIVE SHOWS. Artists still in running will compete and out-best each other for the chance to win the Voice of the Philippines title. Pure talent in a platter. Looks and story on the sides. Catch our episodes every Saturday at 9:00pm after Maalaala Mo Kaya, and on Sundays at 8:15pm after Rated K.
